LONEROCK
LONEROCK Mr. and Mrs.
George W. Jenkins sold their
house and three lots in Gresh
am and bought property In
Lonerock. They are very pleased
with their home here and were
visited by Mrs. Jenkins' sister
from Canada this week. A bro
ther also is now living with the
Jenkins.
Travelers driving thru Lone
rock often comment on the 7 foot
fences around the Lonerock
lots as they don't know they
are a protection against the
deer. Mr. and Mrs. Herman
Christiansen looked out their
window one morning anu bow
five does and fawns in their
yard. Mrs. William Stewart had
get out a young orchard and the
deer trimmed them up for him.
He appealed to the Game Com
mission and they agreed to pay
for the fencing material but not
for the labor.
