Crab Salad
1 large loaf Iiced white iand

I large onion
6 hard cooked eggs
2 cans imall shrimp
I iTA) ounce can crab meat
2 if desired . . . and If you
can aford it!)
1 cup chopped celery
3 cups mayonnaise
Season lightly.
Trim crusts off bread with
scissors or knife. Spread each
slice with butter on one ilde.
Cut bread into cubes. Add chop
ped onion and eggs. Toes the
above together and put in re
frigerator overnight
In the morning add crab,
shrimp, celery and mayonnaise.
Cover and let stand 4 or more
hours in refrigerator. Pile light
ly on plate and garnish with
green pepper, tomatoes. Serves

swimming pool July 13, 1371 for

ray's home in Ione to start off
the Team Roping weekend with
a pit barbecue of pig, salmon
and chicken. There was live
music as entertainment furnish
