For a while scoutlnij was in
active here because of an adult
leadership prohlem. Now it is
reorganized under a committee
of eight which includes Scout
Master McBrlde. and Len Ray
Schwarz. Marlon Green, Glen
Ward, Durrell McLachlan, Leon
ard Toll, Tom Wilson, and fca
die Yeoman.

scout master. Three patrols have
been organized: the raniners,
under Patrol Leader MlkeSweek,
iim Hums under Patrol Leader,
Jim McLachlan, and the Wolves
under Palrol Leader Greg ureen.

flf. Each Patrol also Is prepar
ing a skit for the troop meet
ing. Weekly meetings so far have
been exciting, educational, and
fun. One held ut the courthouse
under tho supervision of Dan

search and rescue drill which
was educational and very prac
tical

Jody Noble, daughter of Mr.
and Mrs. Harry Noble, has been
chosen one of the princesses In
the Spray Rodeo court. One of
a court of five, she represents
the area of Morrow and Uma-
tutu counties. One of the five
will be chosen queen the night
before the rotteo starts, way ia
16, and will bo based on the
most tickets sold on a saddle,
this being done by the contestants.
Jody is a freshman at River
side High School and attends
the Boardman Community
Church. Her hobbies are riding
and music.
