Blue Mountain Area Education District (Blue Mountain Commu
nity College), of Umatilla and Morrow Counties, State of Oregon,
from 8:00 A.M. to 8:00 P.M. on April 5, 1971, at the following
polling "places in said school district, for the purpose of submit
ting to the qualified voters of said district the question of increas
ing the tax levy for the fiscal year 1971-1972 over the amount lim
