Kinzua Postmaster Dies Sept. 27

KINZUA Mrs. Esma G. (Gil
Jy) Hoover, Kinzua Postmaster,
passed away Sunday, Sept. 27
nt The Dalles General Hospital.
Funeral services will be held at
2 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 30 at
the Kinzua Community Church.
Mr. and Mrs. Russell Johnson
of San Francisco, Calif., visited
last week with Mr. and Mrs.
Milt Boring. Mrs. Johnson Is
Mrs. Boring's daughter.
Mr. and Mrs. Jack Wilsey
spent last weekend In Southern
Oregon where they met Mr. and
Mrs. Richard Wilsey of Los An
geles, Calif., at Humbug Mt.
State Park. They took the Jet
boat trip up the Rogue River to
Agnes on Sunday, returning to
Kinzua Monday.

Bailey were business visitors to
The Dalles on Thursday.
