Arthur Dalzells Attend Daughter's Wedding Mr. and Mrs. Arthur Dalzell of lone were at Eagle Creek last weekend for1 the wedding of their daughter, Wilma Gaarsland to El win James Drobny of Es tacada at the Eagle Creek Chapel of the Hills. The double ring ceremony was read by the Rev. Thyea Strand. The bride wore a pink bro cade street length dress with a pink pill box and veil. Her bou quet was of pink rises and white carnations. Her sister, Mrs. lyde crawrora or Albany was her at tendant She wore a yellow bonded knit and had a bouquet of yellow roses and white car nations. Daryl Dunrud of Estacada was best man. Wedding cake and coffee were served at the new home of the couple following the ceremony. Christ mas ideas were exchanged in the morning and gifts were ex changed in the afternoon with a potluck luncheon at noon. The members brought gifts for the EOSH which will be ta ken over to Pendleton next week. Plans for their New Eng land study lor Jan. 16 were made. The last time we went to Pen. dleton we went the way the college kids do . . . by Sand Hollow road. However, we took a right along the way and cot over there on a gravelled road It was OK because we saw some new and Interesting country. But Imagine our surprise when rounding curve to see a band of 12 or IS peacocks some of them with their tails spread out . . . beautiful and unusual Well we're warmer! Last week my oldest brother and his wife, Elmer and Bob Lake, surprised us on Monday with a visit. We're still moving around box es piled high to the ceiling but quick like a flash we shuffled boxes so we could get the twin beds down In the middle bed room. Elmer Is one of those persons who likes to know how things work. Well this time he went in reverse and wondered why our furnace didn't work . . . and puffed his cigar round!
