Karnoff of Pilot Rock, Rupert
Kennedy and M. D. Van Valken
burg of The Dalles, and Henry
Gantenbeln.
By-laws were adopted, and
the annual meeting for stock
holders was set for the first
Tuesday In February, 1970, and
every year thereafter.
Last Saturday the directors
met at the Dodge City Inn at
noon and elected officers. Vern
on Russell was elected presi
dent; Henry Gantenbeln, vice-
president; Rupert Kennedy, sec
retary; and M. D. Van Valken
burg, treasurer.
The regular meeting date was
set for the first Tuesday of ev
ery month at noon.
The application has been sent
to the Corporation Commission
er at Salem to incorporate, and
the Corporation should be able
to work with potential tenants
soon.
