from where he left by plane for
Fort Ulx, N. J., where he will
be stationed. Earl had been
home on a 30-day leave follow
ing duty in Korea.

Dalles Monday of last week
where Mrs, Conner had medical
care.
Mrs. Llge Long and Mrs. Del-
bert Barzee went to Bend Tues
day of last week to bring home
Mr. Long who had recent sur
gery at St. Charles hospital.
Mr. and Mrs. Wayland Hyatt
and family spent from Thursday
until Sunday in Portland on bus
iness and visiting relatives.
They were accompanied by Mrs.
Walter Hyatt who went on to
Willamina to visit with Mr. and
Mrs. Harold Hyatt and family.
Mrs. W. C. freeman went to
Portland last Tuesday to meet
Mr. and Mrs. Lee Bogle and son,
Josh, of Burley, Idaho, at the
Portland International Airport.
Mr. Freeman took them back to
Portland Friday morning to
catch their plane back to Idaho.

were business visitors to Port
land the past week-end.
Joe Bowman of Portland spent
the week-end visiting his par
ents, Mr. and Mrs. Jiggs Bow
man, and attending the District
6 B playoff at The Dalles.

Klamath Falls where they were
