Winning baby must be born at or on its way to
Pioneer Memorial hospital in Heppner.
Parents must be residents of Morrow, Grant,
Wheeler, Gilliam or Umatilla Counties.
Exact time of birth must be specified in written
statement by attending physician.
Winner will be announced in Gazette-Times
issue next following birth of baby. The paper
will give a letter of introduction to the lucky
parents to present to merchants for collection
of prizes.
In event of a tie, the awards will be presented
at the discretion of committee.
