DETERMINATIONS
WHEREAS, the Oregon State
Game Commission at its stated
meeting held on November 3
and 16, 1907, pursuant to ORS
496.190 by written findings and
determinations established the
open seasons for angling for
salmon and jack salmon;
WHEREAS, in the judgment
of said Commission, It la in the
best Interests of the salmon and
Jack salmon resource In the Col
umbia River that said findings
and determinations be modified
by closing to angling for salmon
and jack salmon for a limited
period a portion of said stream;
THEREFORE. IT IS ORDERED
that the findings and determin
ations of the Oregon State Game
Commission adopted at the stat
ed meeting of said Commission
on November 3 and 16, 1967. re
spectively, hereby are modified
