BLM PROPOSED LAND
CLASSIFICATION NOTICE
The Bureau of Land Manage
ment proposes to classify ap
proximately 18,000 acres of pub
lic domain lands In Morrow
County for disposal. Disposition
will be by public sale under
Section 2455 of the Revised
Statutes, the Public Land Sale
Act of September 19, 1964; and
by exchange under Section 8 of
the Taylor Grazing Act of June
28, 1934.
This proposal was Initiated
under the authority of the Clas
sification and Multiple Use Act
oi September 19, 1964. Public
meetings were held In June 1966
at Heppner and Boardman and
comments were solicited from
taxpayers of record in Morrow
County licensees, applicants for
the lands and other Interested
parties prior to proposing this
classification.
A public hearing Is scheduled
for 2:00 p.m., July 12, at the
Courthouse In Heppner at which
the public may submit written
and verbal comments on this
proposal Information concern
ing the classification of these
lands may be obtained from the
District Manager of the Baker
BLM office. Written comments
should be made to the District
Manager within 60 days of the
publication of this notice.

Boardman for the fiscal year

The budget document, or any
