Ullman Requests
Stock Feed Relief
Congressman Al Ullman has
requested Secretary of Agicul
ture Freeman to take action to
l-oiipve the livestock feed short
age in drought-affected areas of
the Pacitic Nortnwest.
In a letter to the Secretary,
Ullman urged that lands divert
ed from agricultural production
under federal farm programs be
used for pasture to supplement
local feed supplies.
The 2nd District Congressman
also asked Freeman to give oth
er appropriate assistance if a
break in the current dry spell
does not bring relief to livestock
producers.

money is the greatest problem
because many people have real

planning ahead, one must be
sure to make a will and then
prepare for needed cash with
