Section 57. Severability. The

severable. If any section, sen
tence, clause, or phrase of this
ordinance is adjudged by a
court of competent Jurisdiction
to be Invalid, such decision
shall not affect the validity of
the remaining portions of this
ordinance.
Section 58. Penalty. A person
violating a provision of this or
dinance shall be nub led to the
provisions of ORS 215.180 and
215.990.
