Notice is hereby given that
the Oregon State Highway Com
mission has proposed plans to
reconstruct a portion of the
Heppner Highway within the city
of Heppner. The proposed project
begins approximately 0.02 mile
north of the existing Hinton
Creek structure and extends
southerly to approximately the
northerly side of Church street
intersection. The proposed plans
call for grading and paving of
approaches and the replacement
of the existing structura over
Willow Creek and widening of
existing structure over Hinton
Creek, with minor curve and
grade revisions. Total length cf
the project is approximately 0.17
mile.
This notice is given in com
pliance with federal regulations
pertaining to this type of pro
ject whereby it is required that
public notice be given to en
able interested persons to le
quest a hearing on the proposed
project. If any interested person
desires such a hearing, a re
quest for a hearing should bt
directed to the Heppner City
Council before January 3, 1964.
