dry pipe sprinmer installation ior
fire protection at the pioneer
Memorial hospital, Hepp n e r,
Oregon, in accordance with
Drawings, Specificat ions and
other Contract Documents pre
pared by Thomas C. Jamieson,
consulting engineer.
Proposals will be publicly
opened and read at 11 a.m. local
time on April 18, 1963, at the
Board of Trustees meeting at
the above address.
Drawings, Specifications and
other Contract Documents may
be obtained upon application at
the office of the Administrator
after 9 a.m. on March 15, 1963,
upon the payment of a deposit
of $5 per set. The deposit shall
be in check form and shall be
drawn payable to Pioneer Mem
orial Hospital. The deposit for
each set will be refunded upon
return of the Contract Docu
ments in good condition not later
than (7) days following open
ing of bids.
Each proposal shall oe ac
companied by an acceptable
form of proposal guaranty in an
amount equal to at least five
(5) per cent of the amount oi
the proposal payable to Pioneer
Memorial Hospital as a guar
anty that if the proposal is ac
cented, the Bidder will execute
the Contract and iue acceptable

terial Payment Bonds within ten
(10) days alter the award ot
the Contract.
