hearing on the formation of the
BOARDMAN VECTOR CONTROL
DISTRICT on July 5, 1962 at 10:00
A. M. at the Courthouse at
Heppner, Oregon, in the County
Judge's Office.
The boundaries of the proposed
district shall be:
Beginning at a point in the
Columbia River where the Oregon-Washington
State boundary
lines and the Morrow-Gilliam
County boundary lines intersect,

corner of Section 19, Township
4 North, Range 23, E.W.M.,
thence East to the Southwest
corner of Section 19, Township
4 North, Range 26, E.W.M.,
thence North to the Oregon
Washington State boundary line,
