From Canadian Trip

and to her former home In North
Dakota to visit relative and
friends.
Miss Klrmls was accompanied
by Frances Harvey. Umatilla
county agent, to Banff. Canada,
where they were met by her sla
ter, Adelheld Klrmls, of Lisbon,
N. D., and continued a tour of
Banff and Lake Louise. In Mon
tana Miss Harvey returned to
Oregon and Miss Kirmis and her
sister went to Lisbon, N. D., to
visit their mother, Idah Kirmis.

Mr. and Mrs. LaVerne Van
Marter, Jr., and Mrs. LaVerne
Van Marter, Sr., will leave Frl
day for a 10-day vacation. Driv
ing first to Sandpoint, Idaho,
they will spend the week end
with former Heppner residents,
