Catholic church parish hall. A no
hot pot luck dinner was served
to about 25 adults and 21 child
ren. The afternoon was spent
visiting and reminiscing.

the bread baking, c.ke baking
and wool sewing contest held at
ih fair Wednesday afternoon,
August 24. Winners In each con
test go to State Fair in saiem

Marilyn Morgan, 17, of lone
has become well known for her
bread baking. Mrs E "M Baker,
lone, Is her 4 H leader, mis is
her third year she has entered
tha rnntpst and each year she
shows Improvement. As a senior
bread baker, Maruyn mixeu
enough dough, before a Judge,

thread, seam binding, sewing
machine, iron, etc. They com
pleted a small woolen hat which
