Each bid, except the bids sub
mitted by the State of Oregon,
must be accompanied by a cer
tified check for 2 of the par
value of the bonds, made payable
to the City as a guarantee of
good faith.
Each bidder is required to in
clude in his bid a statemetn
of the total interest cost and ef
fective interest rate, based upon
aggregate interest cost, that the
city will pay if his bid is accep
ted and none of the bonds are
called prior to the final maturity
date thereof.
The right to reject any and all
bids Is reserved by the City of
Heppner.
