ing on Wednesday. The business
meeting was conducted by the
president, Mrs Carl McDaniel.
Mrs Douglas Drake led the
worship service, during which
Mrs Lester Boulden sang a solo
"Open Mine Eyes."
Brotherhood was the theme of
the panel consisting of Mesdam-

A special program on Japan
will be presented on March 5
with Mrs Lucille Owens giving
a book review. Japanese articles
will be displayed and clothes
modeled.

To Soroptimist Club
For Distribution
At the luncheon meeting of
Soroptimist International of Hep
pner Thursday at O'Donnell's it
was announced that the club had
received an anonymous donation
of $50, to be used for two $25
scholarships to be awarded to
high school girl and a girl
from the upper four grades in
grade school for outstanding
courtesy, kindness and helpfull-
ness to others.
The service objectives and
youth committees of the club
will have charge of the details
but it was specified the scholar
ships are to be used for the girls
to attend an educational con
ference connected with school,
church or Campfire camp.
This was the regular monthly
business meeting of the club and
committee reports were given
and bulletins distributed.

Revises Constitution
The February meeting of the
Mothers' club was held Monday
at the home of Mrs Stanley
Holm; Mrs Harold Laird was co
hostess. Thirteen members were present
also three guests, Mrs Keith Imus
'Mrs Roberta Hubbard and Mrs
Robert Brindle.
During the business session
the group adopted the revision
of its constitution as recommend
ed by the executive committee.
Members working on the revision
were Mrs N C Anderson, Mrs
Llewellyn Robbins, Mrs Stanley
Holm, Mrs Kenneth Keeling, Mrs
Robert Abrams and Mrs Elmer
Schmidt.

report on her attendance at the
meeting of the Town and Country

lace Wolff was presented by Mrs
Kreimeyer. Games for Valentine
