A student body meeting was
held Tuesday, November 27. Ed
Groshens gave a report on the
meeting he had attended at Stan
field. The meeting had been
called to discuss the awarding
of trophies for basketball season
and particularly the award for
good sportsmanship. Additional
information will be given re
garding this award in a future

room visiting out of town for
Thanksgiving were Geraldine
Portland; Norma Corvallis;
Marion Milton-Freewater; Ron
nie Pendleton; Billy Arling
ton; Dennis lone.
These students entertained
guests from out of town: Sharon
received relatives from Condon,
Boardman, and Washington; Lib
by relatives from the ranch;
William aunt from Elgin; and
Eddie an uncle.
Cheerleaders To Be Chosen
Cheerleaders for the grade
school will be chosen at an as
sembly to be held Friday, Nov
ember 30. A large number of girls
are trying out for the four cheer
leader positions.
Constitution Completed
Completion of the grade school
constitution was verified by the
constitution commttee and a
constitutional assembly will be
held very soon in order to collect
votes from the studentbody.
Mr. and Mrs. Raymond Fergu
son returned the end of the week
from Everett, Washington where
they spent Thanksgiving with
their daughter and son-in-law,
Mr. and Mrs. Robert Kelly.
