Monday, May 14th, 1956, the
Board of Equalization of the
County of Morrow, Oregon, will
meet at the County Courthouse in
Heppner, Oregon, to publicly ex
amine the assessment rolls for
said County of Morrow, for the
year 1956-1957, and to correct all
errors in valuation, description,
or qualities of land, lots or other
properly assessed by the asses
sor.
The ratio between assessed and
true . cash value determined by
the Assessor pursuant to ORS 309.
028 is 21 percent.
It shall be the duty of the per
sons interested to appear at the
time and place appointed. Peti
tions for adjustment of assess
ments must be filed with the
Board of Equalization not later
than the end of the first week
that Board is in session.

ion request at the bidders expense
at $15.00 per set. Deposit sum
will be refunded to all but sue
cessful bidder upon return of bid
documents in good condition
within 60 days from bid date.
