345, there will be held a special
municipal election in the City of
Heppner, Oregon, on the 22nd day
of December, 1954, at the Council
Chambers in said City, which
election is for the purpose of sub
mitting to the legal voters of said
City for their approval or rejec
tion the question of establishing
a financial reserve fund to estab
lish, improve and maintain a
municipal park within said City
on lands owned by said City
situate on the east side of Main
Street and the north side of Bal
timore Streets, and more particu
larly described as follows:
