Hayes Dinner guests Friday evening at the home of Mrs. Elien Rogers and Mr. and Mrs. Lloyd Rogers were Mr. and Mrs. Homer Davis, Carolyn and Evan, Mr. and Mrs. Ralph Moore, Lavelle and James. Mrs. Ralph Moore, Mrs. Lester Wick, Mrs. Lloyd Rogers and Mrs. Glenn Mayes were hostesses at a bridal shower at the Lonerock Grange annex, Wednesday Sep tember 15 at 2 p. m. honoring Miss Evelyn Harrison. About 30 guests were present. The bride-to-be received many lovely and useful gifts and were assisted by Carolyn Davis and Sharon Rogers in opening her packages. Games were the entertainment for the afternoon and refreshments were served after the opening of the gifts. Mr. and Mrs. Frank Mueman, Frank Jr., Marjorie, Pat and Su san of Grand Meadow, Minne sota, arrived in Lonerock Thurs day, Sept. 9. Mrs. Mueman is the teacher of the Lonerock school and two of her children, Mary and Susan will be enrolled here. Marjorie, and Pat will attend the high school at Condon. Mr. Hue man and Frank Jr. left Saturday for Grand Meadow where Frank Jr. will finish his senior year in school. Mr. Hueman is employed with the Hormel Packing Com pany and will continue his resi dence there for the time being. Anderson celebrated his 80th birthday, Sunday, Septem ber 19th. A delicions dinner was served by his daughter and son-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Mattlon Micks at their ranch home. Guests besides the honoree, were Mr. and Mrs. M. Bradfield and children and Mr. and Mrs. T. Bradfield and daughter of Hermiston, Mr. and Mrs. Tete Haynes and Mari lyn and Cecil Matthews. Mr. and Mrs. Lester Wick and Steve made a business trip to Meppner Monday. ' , Mrs. Marjorie Heuman, teacher of the Lonerock school, is plan ning on taking her pupils to Her miston, Thursday to see Presi dent Eisenhower. Mrs. Bill Conboy and children and Mrs. Earl Talbert and child ren were Heppner visitors Mon day. There are classes for all grades and ages. Morning worship at 10:55. Evening services at 7:30. A $50.00 Reward will be paid to person or persons tor Information and Evidence resulting in the ar rest, conviction nd sentencing of any one found trespassing or willfully destructing property. Fewards will be paid under the following conditions. 1. The "assured member" whose livestock are stolen must have paid dues cur rent at the time that said livestock was stolen, to the Morrow County Livestock growers Association andreceipt thereof acknowledged. 2. A sum not exceeding $500.00 will be paid in each case If more than one in formant is eligible to a reward the amount to be paid will be divided. 3. A committee of three members of the Morrow County Livestockgrowers Asso ciation will investigate the claims for reward and report findings to the Executive Board. The Executive Board will decide to whom and in what amount the reward will be paid. Thi6 decision is final. 4. This reward is not payable to any salaried offices of the law, or to the owner of the property involved. 5. The reward offer is revokable at any time without notice by the Morrow County Livestockgrowers Association.
