said city on the 21th day of June,
1952, at which there was submit
ted to the legal voters of the City
for adoption or rejection a certain
charter amendment, the title of
which was as follows:

cept in places designated as safe
in said permit.
(3) To have as a part of his
or her equipment when using
campfires, except when traveling
as a pedestrian and.'or camping
at improved, designated and post
ed campgrounds, tools as speci
fied by the forester suitable for
extinguishing fires.
This proclamation shall be ef
fective from and after the 17th
day of July, 1952, and shall re
main in full force and effect until
the 31st day of December, 1952,
