The Court ordered the District Attorney to notify William Ewing of Boardman that the open ditch across the extension of Main St. of Boardman through the Ewing Addition is a hazard and an obstruction and that if the cul vert as approved by the Court was not installed that the Court would authorize the installation of same and levy the cost on the property as per statute.
