Dan Cupid Makes
Three Strikes At
Lex During Week
The last week Cupid has been
quite busy. Wayne Paplneau and
Donna Robinson, daughter of
Mr. and Mrs. Frank Robinson
were married in Dayton, Wash.
The bride wore a white off the
shoulder frock with red eyelet
trim. They will live in Lexing
ton. The groom is employed at
Heppner Lumber Co.
Robert Buchanan and Betty
Vann, daughter of Mr. and Mrs.
Jack Griffin were united in mar
riage in Prosser, Wash. The bride
wore a white net dress with a
brocaded satin top. After a short
honeymoon they will reside at
Ordnance. The groom is the son
of Charles Buchanan.
Miss Dorothy Loury of Prine
ville and John Edwards, son of
Mr. and Mrs. A. M. Edwards,
were married at Walla Walla.
The bride wore a yellow street
dress and a brown orchid cor
sage. They will live here.
Lexington Campfire girls, their
guardians and counselers are at
home after a week spent in Cove.
They camped at the Christian
church grounds. They enjoyed
swimming in the Cove pool; do
ing hand craft and hiking. Going
