execution and order of sale was
issued out of the Circuot Court
State of Oregon, for Morrow
county on 16th day of August,
1950, upon a decree therein ren
dered on the 14th day of August,
1950 in favor of Jessie Hartfield,
and Jessie Hatfield, as adminis
tratrix of the estate of W. A.
Hartfield, deceased, plaintiff and
against Issac W. Murphy and
Nona Murphy, husband ' and
wife, defendents which said ex
ecution and order of sale is to
me directed and commanding
me to sell the property herein
after described, for the purpose
of satisfying the judgment of
plaintiff in said cause for the
sum of $59,697.01 together with
interest thereon at the rate of
6 per cent per annum from and
after the date o? the entry of
the judgement namely August
14th, 1950 and the further sum
of $1810.00 attorney fees and for
plaintiff's costs and disburse
ments herein, taxed and allowed
$18.25.
