Tuesday, September 6 BOARDMAN-School House, 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. Tuesday--6th LEXI NGTON--Main Street, 9 a m to 1 2 noon September 7 ION E-Legion Hall, 2 p. m. to 5 p. m. September 7 HEPPNER -- Rodeo Grounds, 1 2 noon to 5 p. m. Sept. 8 HEPPNER-Carnival Grounds, 7 to 10 p. m. Sept. 8 If you are a resident of Morrow County, and are 1 6 years of age or older, you are entitled to take advantage of the tax-supported x-ray facilities that will be placed at your disposal September 6, 7, and 8. Do you KNOW you do not have tuberculosis? You, like many others, may have TB germs in your body. Ordinarily, when one thousand people are x-rayed, about 990 show healthy chests-ten have TB. Probably you are one of the 990 healthy ones-but do you KNOW A chest x-ray is the quickest and easiest way to make sure you're not one of the 500 thousand people in this country estimat ed to have active tuberculosis. With modern x-ray equipment your chest can be checked in a few minutes. You just take a deep breath-hold itthat is all. It could not be simpler. Last year only 1 8 per cent of eligible Morrow county residents availed themselves of the state's free x-ray service. Health au thorities estimate that 80 per cent of the county's population must be checked before they can find out whether or not TB is a problem here.
