Aside from the fertilizer values, crop residues returned to the soil also improve soil tilth and help hold the soil in place to prevent wind and water erosion, Miller said. Two more Morrow county 4-H clubs have completed their club project 100 percent which entitles the club to a certificate of achieve ment. To earn a certificate of achievement, the club must have at least five members, elect officers, and hold 10 meetings. Each mem ber must do. the requirements of the project and complete their rec ord books.
