Notice is hereby given that the
undersigned was duly appointed by
the County 1 Court of the State of
Oregon for Morrow County, ad
ministratrix of the estate of Ralph
P, Leach, deceased; and all persons
having claims against the estate of
said deceased are hereby required
.to present the same to said admin
istratrix with proper vouchers at
the law office of Jos. N. Nys, at
Heppner, Oregon, within six month'
from the date hereof.

of the said district will be held at the City Hall on the 17th day of June, 1946, at 2 o'clock p. m., for the purpose of discussing the budget for the
fiscal school year beginning July 1, 1946 and ending June 30, 1947, hereinafter set forth, and to vote on the proposition of levying a district tax.

you may claim therein be null
and void, and for such other
and further relief as may be just
-and equitable.

the Heppner Gazette Times, a news
paper of general ciculation, once a
week for four sucessive weeks
pursuant to an order of Hon. Bert
Johnson, Judge of the County
Court of the State of Oregon for
Morrow County, which order is
dated May 1, 1948, and the date of
the first publication of this sum
mons is May 2nd. 1946.
