The minutes of the March term
were read and approved.
The Court accepts the bid of Pa
cific Stationery and Printing Co.
for furnishing tax recepts for the
fiscal year 1946-47 in the amount
of $98.00 F. O. B. Heppner, this be
ing the lowest bid offered.
The Court orders the following
Bangs' Disease claims to be paid:
Cleve H. Van Schoiack, $72.00 and
Fred Pettyjohn, $4.00.
The Court orders the amount of
$7,873.82 transferred from the Mo
tor License Fund to the Bond In
terest Fund.
For the purpose of constructing
a County Hospital, the Court orders
a measure placed onthe ballot at a
special Election in the amount of
fcight mills to be levied in the fis
cal year 1946-47, and also a meas
ure repealing the levy of two mills
per year for five years for the
same purpose.
The Court orders the publication
and sale of the following
Lot 5 in Block 1 of Adams Ad
dition to Hardman,, Morrow Coun
ty, Oregon, for the minimum
price of $6.00 cash.
Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 12 30 and 31 in
Block 38 Irrigon Oregon for the

(40) per cent thereof is included in the above
estimated receipts.
