A suggestion that a ceiling price on wheat that would permit the stockgrower to fatten his hogs and beef at a small profit would solve not only the storage bottleneck but relieve the meat situation as well. A splendid program was present ed, showing slides of typical rural schools of yesteryear, also modern , buildings for rural America. Speakers were introduced by Mrs. Rodgers and included Miss Laber and Mrs. Van Lowe. Ben Buisman of the Oregon Grange Bulletin pre sented the slides. A class of five was instructed in the Pomona degree by the Willows team.
