feet to the Southwest corner of
a tract of land owned by Maggie
J. French; thence North along
the West line of said land, 150
feet; thence Northwesterly con
tinuing along the westerly line
of said land, 274 feet, more or
less, to the point of commence-
ment.

be the owners in fee simple of said
property and that whatever claim
you may have in said real property

Morrow County, Oregon, pursuant
to an order of Hon. Bert Johnson,
Judge of the County Court of Mor
row County, tate of Oregon, which
order is dated May 21st, 1945, and
the date of the first publication
of this summons is May, 24th 1945.

Upon Question of Increasing Tax
Levy Over Amount Limited by
Section 11, Article XL State
Constitution.
Notice is hereby given that an
election will be held at 2 p. m. on
Thursday the 12th day of July 1945
in School District Number 1 of
Morrow County, State of Oregon,
at the City Hall in said school dis
trict, for the purpose of submitting
to the legal voters of said district
the question of increasing the tax
levy for the year 1945 over the
amount limited by section 11, arti
cle XI, of the Constitution of Ore
gon. The reasons for increasing such
levy are: Increased cost of operat
ing schools and for special im
provement fund.
The amount of tax, in excess of
the 6 limitation, proposed to be
levied for said year is $7,282.34.
