The minutes were read and ap
proved. The Court appoints Arnold C,
Ebert horticulturist for Morrow
County.
After having been presented with
a number of ptitions, the Court or
ders a measure placed on the bal
lot at the General Election author
izing it to levy and collect a two
mill tax annually for a period of
five years beginning with the fiscal
year beginning July 1, 1945 and
ending with the fisdal year ending
une 30, 1950 for the purpose of
constructing a Morrow County
Hospital.
The Court orders a refund of $200
to A M. Gayhart which had been
