judgment and decree of foreclosure
was entered on the 17th day of
Mal-ch, 1943, foreclosing the tax lien
on certain lands in Morrow Coun
ty, State of Oregon. I, the under
signed Sheriff and Tax Collector of
Morrow County, State of Oregon
will on the 17th day of March 1944,
deed all of the property described in
said judgment and decree of fore
closure to Morrow County provided
the same is not redeemed in accor
dance with the law prior to March
