RESOLUTIONS OF RESPECT
Whereas, the great and good
Huler, from whom all blessings
flaw, has deemed it best to call
from our midst our dearly beloved
Brother, Henry V. Smouse, and,
Wherea, Henry V. Smouse was
bom in Nebraska in 1881 and died
at lone, Ore., Oct. 4, 1943. He was
a man o kindly disposition, lov
able character and beloved by all
who knew him. therefore,
Be it Resolved: That in his death
Locust Chapter 119, O. E. S., has
lost an esteemed member and the
community an honorable, lovable
and upright citizen;
Resolved: That while his depart
ing from among us is the will of
the Supreme Masetr to whom we
all look for guidance and who does
all things; for the best, we mourn
our loss exceedingly and to the be
reaved relatives we extend our
mcst sincere sympathy in this sad
hour of affliction.
Resolved: That this Resolution be
spread upon the minutes of the
Chapter, and a copy be presented
to the bereaved relatives, and a
copy furnished the local paper for
publication.
