Mr. and Mrs. Glen Farrens were
dinner guests at the Walter Wright
home Sunday, while LaVem Hams,
wife and small daughter visited the
Jim Hams.; the Joe Battys from
Kimberley were at the Lewis Bat
tys on Eight Mile and Mrs. Neal
Knighten and daughter La Dell
spent the day with Mr. and Mrs.
Roy Neill at Heppner.
Alta Stevens has been spending
the week in Heppner with Betty
Adams while Mrs. Adams is in
Corvallis and Portland.
William Greener returned from
Portland Saturday where he has
been receiving medical attention fox
three weeks.
Mr. and Mrs. Sam MeDaniel Jr.
are spending a few days in Hard
man from Red's mill.
Mr. and Mrs. Raymond McDonald
and family visited Mrs. Ella Bleak
man Sunday.
Mrs. Jay Stone is confined at her
home with the mumps.
Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth Batty re
turned Friday from Klamath Falls
with a load of potatoes to plant .on
their place. The Battys visited at
Maupin and other town on their
trip.
