after the date of the first publica
tion thereof, exclusive of the day
of first publication, and defend this
action, or pay the amount such as
would have prevented inclusion in
the foreclosure list of your prop
erty plus additional penalty and
interest accrued, and in case you
fail to do so, a judgment and de
cree will be rendered against you
as your interest may appear in the
tabulation aforesaid, foreclosing the
lien of Plaintiff for taxes and costs

tate of James T. Morgan, deceased,
has filed with the County Court of
the State of Oregon for Morrow
County her final account of her ad
ministration of the estate of said
deceased, and that said court has
fixed Monday, December 14th, 1942,
at the hour of 10:00 o'clock in the
forenoon of said day in the County
