and estate of Arthur J. McElligott,
an incompetent person, by virtue of
an order of sale made and issued
out of the Circuit Court of the State
of Oregon, for the County of Mult
nomah, Probate Department, duly
mad and entered on the 14th day
of July, 1942, in the matter of the
Guardianship of the person and es
tate of Arthur J. McElligott, an in
competent person, licensing the
guardian to sell the hereinafter de

the said estate, will offer for sale,
and sell at private sale, for cash, or
upon such terms as the Court may
