This summons is served upon you pursuant to an order of the Honor able Claude McColloch, Judge of the above entitled Court, made and entered in the above entitled action on the 9th day of February, 1942, which said order provides for ser vice of summons herein upon you by publication thereof for four suc cessive weeks in the Heppner Gaz ette Times, a newspaper of general circulation in Morrow County, Ore gon, published at Heppner, Morrow County, Oregon, and designated by the above entitled Court as the newspaper most likely to give notice of the pendency of this proceeding; and which order further provides that you and each of you shall have a period of four weeks from the date of the first publication of this summons in which to appear and answer the amended petition of the petitioner United States of America herein.
