ANIMAL
Notice is hereby given by virtue
of the laws of the State of Oregon
that I have taken up the within de
scribed animal at the Benge place
8 miles south of Lexington, and that
I will, on Saturday, February 21st,
1942, at 10:00 o'clock A. M., at said
place sell said animal to the highest
bidder for cash in hand, subject to
the right of redemption by the own
er prior to the date of said sale. Said
animal is described as follows:

other and further relief as shall in
equity be meet and to justice ap
pertain. This summons is published pur
suant to an order of the Honorable
C. L Sweek, Judge of the above en
titled Court, which said order was
made and entered in the matter
herein on the 28th day of January.
