4, 1942, I am authorized and directed
to advertise and sell at public auction
at not less than the minimum price
herein set forth:

day of March, 1942, at. the hour of
10:00 A. M., at the front door of the
Court House in Heppner, Oregon,

best bidder.

so far as the defendants, and each

any of them, are concerned these
plaintiffs are the owners in fee sim
ple of said real property and of the
entire title thereto; and for such
other and further relief as shall in
