Dick from Thursday to Sunday of this week, Mr. and Mrs. Claude Hill are vis iting at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Harold Hill. Their three children are staying with Mrs. Hill's parents, Mr. and Mrs. Gus McMillan at Lex ington. Bill Barratt and Jack Cavander arrived Monday from a trip to Chi cago. Bill is leaving this week end for Corvallis where he will attend Oregon State college. Mrs. Clyde Cavander of Portland was an over night visitor with Mrs. Garnet Bar ratt on Tuesday, leaving Wednes day for Portland with her son Jack. Word has been received of the transfer of Estes Morton from the Newberg branch of the First Na tional Bank of Portland to Hood River. According to friends Mr. and Mrs. Morton are now settled at their new home in Hood River. Mrs. Frank Wilkinson, accompan ied by son Dick, Mrs. Bill Florence and her daughter Mary Eleanor, will drive to Portland today.
