S. department of agriculture of the blue stamp food list for August. All the commodities named to the list by the secretary of agriculture may be purchased with blue food stamps by those families taking part in the food stamp plan. M. Louis Belangie, Surplus Marketing admin istration area supervisor, announced that 60,000 low-income persons wre participating in the Oregon area.
