County, oh the 8th day of July, 1941,

said court on the 6th day of June,
1941, in favor of F. B. Nickerson,
plaintiff and against L. A. Larson,
defendant, for the sum of $83.50,
with interest thereon from the 8th

suant to a petition filed with thj
Board of Directors of the John Dav
Irrigation District on the 29th day
of May, 1941, by sixty three (63)
qualified electors of said district for
the dissolution of said district, the
liquidation of its indebtedness and
the distribution of its assets, and
the special election held for said
purpose on the 30th day of June,
1941, in each of the election pre
cincts in said district at which elec
tion more than two thirds of the
votes cast at said election was in
favor of "Dissolution of the District
Yes',, the said Board of Directors
on the 7th day of July, 1941, filed a
petition in the above entitled court
to hear and determine the regular
ity, legality and correctness of said
proceedings and the confirmatio i
thereof.
You are further notified that all
parsons interested may appear in the
above entitled court within thirty
(30) days from the date of the last
publication of this notice, and con
test the validity of the proceedings
had. and the plan proposed for the
dissolution of said district.
You are further notified that if
you fail or neglect to so appear, the
said Board of Directors will apply
to the above entitled court for an
order and decree as follows:
FIRST: That the court hear and
determine the regularity, legality
and correctness of all proceedings
had on and pursuant to said petition
filed with said board of directors for
the dissolution of said district and
of the proposed plan set forth 'n
said petition to carry the same into
execution.
SECOND: That upon such hearing
make and enter an order and decree
herein approving and confirming
said proceedings and make such
further orders and decrees as may
be necessary to carry out the pi-o-position
for the dissolution of said
district, the, liquidation of its in
dotedness and the distribution of
its assets.
THIRD: For such other and flu
ffier relief as the court may deem
just and equitable in the premises.

Gazette Times and the Arlington
Bulletin have been designated by
the above entitled court as the news
papers for the publication of this
notice.
The date of the first publication of
this notice is July 10th, 1941, and
