OSC Ag Students Get Saddle Club Charter Students in agriculture and their faculty advisers at Oregon State college have obtained a charter for the Oregon State College Saddle club, incorporated as a non-profit organization to build ,and maintain a stable at the college to house student-owned saddle horses. The charter was filed May 29 with the following charter members: Bill Farrell, Madras; Charlie Chandler, Baker; Walter Leehman, Lakeview; Jim Strosnider, Yerington, Nev.; Alice Hamilton, Portland, and three staff members, Dean William A. Schoenfeld, R. G. Johnson and Earl Price. Officers for next year are Farrell and Strosnider as president and vice-president; Isabel Withycombe, Union, secretary, and Sam Dement, Myrtle Point, treasurer. These four officers, with Bill Wherland, Klam ath Falls, constitute the board of directors.
