Woolg rowers Booth
At P-l Big Success
The booth conducted at the Pa
cific International Livestock expo
sition in Portland by Oregon Wool
growers auxiliary was a grand suc
cess, reports Mrs. Ralph I. Thomp
son, state auxiliary president, who
returned home this week after per
sonally supervising operation of the
booth.
Mrs. Thompson extends appre
ciation to Mrs. Harry Duvall who
assisted three afternoons and eve
nings. In the course of the show
three lamb carcasses were given
away. This caused great crowds to
gather each ray at the time of draw
ing and the market was much ad
mired. This feature was made pos
sible by the gift that Oregon Wool
growers association made the auxil
iary at the time of the Pendleton
ram sale.
