Pine City District

Pine City students have been vis
ited by the census bureau investiga
tor this week.
A pinochle card party was held
Saturdey evening at the Clayton
Ayers home. Four tables were in
play. High honors went to Mrs.
Lois Kent and Marion Finch, low to
Dora Moore and Clayton Ayers.
Mr. and Mrs. R. E. McGreer made
a business trip to Lewiston, Idaho,
Tuesday.
Jerry Coxen of Hermiston spent
the week end with his cousin, Ray
Ayers.
Mr. and Mrs. Ray Applegate of
Enterprise spent Saturday and Sun
day at the Marion Finch and Chas.
Bartholomew homes.
Mrs. Jasper Meyers is ill with a
cold.
. Mrs. Lois Kent was a Sunday
dinner guest at the Russell Moore
home.
Mr. and Mrs. E. B. Wattenburger
and Mr. and Mrs. Russell Moore
were Pendleton visitors Sunday.
John Logan and sister called at
the E. B. Wattenburger home Sun
