Thursday, October 12. 1939 NOTICE OF EZPntATIOir OF FEBIOD OF REDEMPTION (Continued from Page 8) total amount of taxes charged on the tax rolls for the year 1937 and prior years on which a period of three years had expired since the earliest date of delinquency, and on which there had not been paid two annual installments of such delinquent taxes, each install ment being one-quarter of the taxes of the earliest year of delinquency, to gether with interest and costs thereon upon the respective parcels of real prop erty described therein for which no prior certificates of delinquency are outstanding, on real property located in Morrow County, State of Oregon, and owned respectively by the defend ants as therein named: That thereafter, and on the date of August 4, 1938, the said tax collector Sroceeaea to roreciose said Certificate o. 1, and filed Application for Judg ment foreclosing Tax Liens in the Cir cuit Court of Morrow County, Oregon, and caused notice thereof to be pub lished in the Heppner Gazette Times, a newspaper of general circulation in said County, for four successive weeks: That thereafter, and on the date of November 17, 19dS, pursuant to Sec tion 69-820, Oregon Code, as amended by Chapter 470, Section 3, Oregon Laws of 1937, the Court did give Judgment and decree for such taxes, assessments, penalties, interest and costs as appeared at that date to be due upon the several parcels or tracts described in said sum mons and notice of application, and on which taxes, assessments, penalties, in terest and costs had not been paid, and by such payment redeemed from said foreclosure of tax liens, and that the Court further decreed that the lien or liens be foreclosed and the property or properties be sold in satisfaction there of, and that the property or properties be sold directly to the County for the amount of taxes, interest, penalties and costs for which such property was sev erally liable; that thereafter, on re ceipt of a certified copy of the order of the Court, the sheriff did issue a certificate of sale of said property to Morrow County, Oregon, covering all such properties; That thereafter, pursuant to Section 9-821, Oregon Code, as amended by Chapter 470, Section 4, Oregon Laws of 1937, not more than sixty days and less than thirty days prior to the expira tion of the period of redemption from tax sale of said poperties, to-wit: one year from November 17, 1938, the date of said Judgment and Decree fore closing Tax Liens, the said sheriff and tax collector has duly prepared a list of all the properties described in the Application for Foreclosure of Tax Liens mentioned herein, which have not been redeemed from foreclosure in the manner provided by Chapter 470, Ore gon Laws of 1937, which list includes the names of the several record owners at the time of foreclosure; the descrip tion of the several properties on which the period of redemption is about to expire; and the total amount of taxes, interest, penalties and costs on the several parcels or tracts, which said list is included in this notice, and made a part hereof, and is as follows : Want Ads Heppner Gazette Times, Heppner, Oregon To Whom Assessed, on the 1938 Tax Bolls and Description of Property o h O t n M g n h O B S e 1 8 a"- a o o H O Magnusen, Nels Estate Heppner Magnusen, Nels Estate Heppner McAtee, Arthur A.
